The Sovereign Circle: the fine print

Membership in plain language. Founding members join by December 31, 2026, and members who join later follow the same terms at the rate of the day they join. If anything here is unclear, write to Concierge@blossomsanctuary.com and a person will answer.

1. Membership options

Membership is $100 a month or $1,000 a year. Annual is $200 less than twelve monthly payments. Monthly members build $1,200 of credit over a year, and annual members receive $1,000 on the day they join.

2. Stay credit

Every membership dollar becomes one dollar of credit toward your stays. Monthly members add $100 of credit each month. Annual members receive the full $1,000 on day one. Credit is ready to use the day it lands, and it never expires. Credit is applied to the price of your stay, not to taxes, the card fee or the deposit. If you cancel your membership, your unused credit stays yours and can be used toward stays at our standard prices.

3. Your rate, locked

Your member rate is set on the day you join, and it stays the same for as long as your membership never lapses. Founding members, who join by December 31, 2026, pay $555 from November through February and $600 from March through October. Members who join from January 1, 2027 pay one rate on every night of the year. It starts at $600, and the rate for new members rises a little each March 1 and November 1. If a membership lapses, rejoining starts at the rate for new members on that day.

You joined by December 31, 2026: $555 a night from November to February, and $600 a night from March to October.

You joined from January 1, 2027: your join rate, from $600, on every night of the year.

Through December 31, 2026, every member pays $555 on any night. Low season is November 1 through the end of February. High season is March 1 through October 31.

Longer stays cost less per night. For founding members, two nights are $783 from November to February and $850 from March to October. Three nights are $1,090 and $1,188. A week is $2,000 and $2,250. A stay of 28 nights is $5,000 and $6,000. Members who join later follow the same pattern at their own rate, and their week or month is never priced below a founding member’s.

4. What the rate includes

Your rate includes the night, cleaning and all Blossom fees. Added at checkout: the 12% transient occupancy tax and the 2% tourism assessment charged on lodging in Siskiyou County, and a 3% fee on credit card payments. There is no fee for cash or check. Taxes apply to the full price of your stay, including any part paid with credit. Each stay carries a $500 refundable deposit, released two days after checkout.

5. Free night

Every member receives one free night. It comes with your second reservation at Blossom Sanctuary: book two nights or more and we add one more night at no charge. If you stayed with us before you joined, your first booking as a member is your second reservation.

6. Annual member lounge set

Annual founding members receive one set: a hoodie, a t-shirt and lounge pants, made for us through Tapstitch. The concierge collects your sizes after you join. Your set can wait for you at the house on your next arrival or be shipped to you, whichever you prefer.

7. Booking

Members book through the concierge. Your member portal has a calendar with your price on every night and the dates that are open. Pick your dates there and text them to 530 572 1122, or write to Concierge@blossomsanctuary.com. There are no codes. The concierge enters your stay at your locked rate, applies your credit and sends a booking link for the remainder.

8. Changing or cancelling a stay

Members can cancel a booked stay at no charge up to 14 days before arrival. Inside 14 days our standard policy applies: half is refunded until 7 days before arrival, and nothing after that. Refunds return the way you paid: credit goes back to your balance, and payments go back to your card or by check.

9. Other benefits

Members receive 10% off marketplace goods. When we offer retreats, gatherings or other events, members receive the first invitation and a member benefit, announced with each event.

10. Renewal and cancelling your membership

Your membership renews automatically until you cancel. Monthly members are charged $100 each month on the date they joined. Annual members are charged $1,000 each year on the date they joined. You can cancel at any time online in your account at blossomsanctuary.com, or by writing to Concierge@blossomsanctuary.com. Cancelling stops all future charges and ends your member rate. Your unused credit remains yours, as section 2 explains. We email annual members a reminder before each renewal, and we tell every member before any change in price.

11. The best-rate promise

Members always hold the best rate we offer anywhere. For the same stay, no public price or promotion goes below the member price.
